Ronda is a licensed counselor and has been practicing in the Sioux Empire for over 17 years.   Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and she is passionate about cultivating an atmosphere where hope can become reality.  

Ronda currently provides services to children, adolescents and adults addressing issues of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life and family transition, workplace challenges, parenting, as well as couples counseling.  She works with clients individually, as couples and with families. 

Drawing from Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Family 

Systems Theory, Ronda will explore with you the best approach to meet fit your unique situation.

Ronda is a master’s level therapist with a post graduate degree in Community/Agency Counseling from the University of South Dakota; her Bachelor of Arts degree was received from the University of Sioux Falls in Organizational Behavior and Management.  

Prior to going into private practice Ronda worked in the community mental health setting providing out patient and home based counseling.  She co-facilitated anger management groups for adolescent girls as well as social skill building groups for special needs elementary students.
